Jean-Pierre Aoun
Jean-Pierre has more than ten years experience in the private banking and wealth management field.
Prior to co-Founding Crossbridge Capital, he was a Director at Credit Suisse, where he was a core member of a three-person team credited with building a significant wealth management portfolio, representing a major portion of the Middle East activity of the London office.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Jean-Pierre was an Analyst at JP Morgan Private Bank.
Jean-Pierre received his BSc degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Paul Arnold
Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Paul worked as Head of Finance at Gordian Knot Ltd, an FCA regulated Private Fund Management Company, where he successfully developed the accounting framework, systems and controls to deal with a rapidly growing business that managed a portfolio of asset back securities. Prior to this, Paul worked at HSBC and the Bank of Ireland.
Paul received his BA in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University and is a CIMA Qualified Accountant.
Tom Beadel
Director
Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Tom worked at City Index as an Associate in Client Management. Prior to City Index, Tom worked for Barclays Bank as a Senior Fraud Agent in the Financial Crime and Operations team.
Tom received his BA degree in Economics from Reading University and has been awarded both his Investment Management Certificate (IMC) level 4 and Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) level 4. Tom is a CFA charter holder.
Ashok Harish Bhudia
Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital in 2008, Ashok worked for over ten years as an Associate with Credit Suisse in London. Having spent most of his time working in Operations (cash management, reconciliations, equity, fixed income and derivative settlements) and Business IT (business analysis, systems design and testing), Ashok moved to a client facing position within Private banking in 2005, covering High Net Worth clients from the Middle East.
Ashok received his BA (Hons.) degree in Business Studies and Marketing from the University of East London and is an Associate member of the Securities and Investment Institute, London. Most recently, Ashok was awarded the CISI Level 6 Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management.
Manish Singh
Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Manish was with Société Generale Private Banking (SGPB) Hambros Bank Ltd, London as Investment Director from 2008–2011. In this role he managed over $400m in bespoke and advisory portfolios covering multi asset classes, alternative investment and structured products.
He also chaired the asset allocation committee of SG Hambros VolCap fund, AUM over $200m. From 2007–2008 he was the Head of Structured Product Solutions team at SGPB Hambros and from 2005 to 2007, Manish was at Société Generale Corporate and Investment Banking (SGCIB) as Quantitative Equity Research Analyst in Global Equities and Derivative Solutions (GEDS) division.
During 2004–2005, Manish worked at UBS Investment Bank on the European Securitization desk in London and Interest rate derivative structuring desk in Hong Kong. During 2000 and 2003 he worked at Tech Mahindra in India and UK as Software Engineer.
Manish is a CFA Charter holder and received his BTech degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, India and his MSc degree in Finance and Management from the Cranfield School of Management, UK.
Lewis Render
Senior Associate
Client Service Specialist
Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Lewis worked at JP Morgan in London as a Trade Support Analyst, where he was involved in the administration of the trade flow generated by the sales and trading staff in all products, liaised with clients regarding any trade queries as well as analysed and implemented improvements to middle office procedures. Lewis joined JP Morgan under their apprenticeship programme, after being one of 22 successful candidates, and at conclusion of the 18 months apprenticeship was promoted to the role of Analyst and awarded a permanent position.
Tarek P. Khlat, MBE
Co-Founder & Group Chief Executive Officer
Tarek has over twenty years of experience in financial services and he co-founded Crossbridge Capital, in 2008.
As Group CEO, Tarek leads the firm’s businesses that serve the wealth management needs of high-net-worth clients globally.
Prior to launching Crossbridge Capital, he was Managing Director and Group Head for the Middle East at Credit Suisse in London, where he helped build a significant wealth management portfolio. Before joining Credit Suisse, Tarek was a Vice-President at JP Morgan Private Bank from 1995 to 2000.
From 1988 to 1993, he worked for several leading media companies including CNN where he headed the financial news gathering division, and Fox Broadcasting Company where he was responsible for story coverage and editorial content of weekend newscasts.
Tarek is a Trustee and Patron of the NSPCC, as well as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity.
Tarek was awarded an MBE by her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2021. He holds BA degree in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Alpa worked as a Casework Assistant at the General Dental Council and a Regulatory Affairs Administrator at Watson Pharmaceuticals.
